The products purchased from the pasio.ee online store are covered by the warranty and return policies established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The Buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product in accordance with the Law of Obligations. In the case of the purchase of a service, the withdrawal period begins with the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdraw does not apply to legal entities.
RETURNS
The reason for the return may include:
- The product does not meet your expectations
- Product defect
- Damaged packaging during transport
The return deadlines are as follows:
- 14 days if you have purchased a product, received it, but do not want it
- 2 years if it is a product under warranty that is not functioning correctly
- 24 hours for cases of transport damage
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons when the package is opened after delivery, such as cosmetics, lingerie and bikinis
- Any cosmetics or perfumery items with an open package
- Items that are personalized or customized (manufactured to your personal needs, such as your measurements; perishable or obsolete goods)
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
- Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be controlled are also not eligible for return
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via the form on our website or send an email in a free-form format
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
REFUND
The buyer will receive a refund of the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the contract, including the shipping costs you paid for receiving the goods. The buyer must return the product to the seller within the same period.
If the buyer has explicitly selected a delivery method other than the Webstore standard and most economical delivery option, the Webstore is not obligated to refund any additional costs that exceed those associated with the standard delivery method.
If the product has been used for a purpose other than necessary to verify its completeness, properties, and functionality, or if there are visible signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
Our webshop is not liable for product defects that have arisen under the following cases:
- Due to usage not in accordance with the provided instructions and/or recommendations.
- Due to storage by the buyer not following the provided instructions and/or recommendations.
- As a result of intentional or unintentional damage caused by the customer.
DAMAGED PACKAGING
In the case of damage to the external packaging of the parcel, the buyer should take photos of the relevant damage. If, after opening the packaging, the internal packaging and the product are damaged, photos should also be taken and promptly provided to us.
WARRANTY
The product warranty is 2 years for new items and 1 year for items on offer or purchased at the Outlet. However, please note that the specific warranty duration may vary depending on each manufacturer's policy. The warranty period commences from the date of the invoice.
MODIFICATION TO THIS POLICY
Our webshop pasio.ee reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
