These Terms and Conditions of use ("Terms") govern your use of www.pasio.ee ("Webshop") and the purchase of products or services from the Webshop. By accessing and using the Webshop, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The Webshop is operated by sns systems OÜ, a company registered and located in Estonia.
ORDERING AND PURCHASING
Product Information: The Webshop provides information about the products or services offered for sale, including prices, descriptions, and availability. The information is provided for informational purposes, and the Seller reserves the right to change product details at any time. Photographs or pictures accompanying the products are for illustrative purposes and may vary to some extent from the actual product.
Placing an Order: To purchase products or services, you must follow the ordering process on the Webshop. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items at the prices and terms specified.
Order Confirmation: The Seller will send an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer; it serves as confirmation of the order details.
Acceptance of Order: The contract for the sale of goods or services is concluded when the Buyer completes the payment, and the Seller receives it in their bank account.
Prices and Payment: Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods via link Payment Methods. You agree to pay the total amount specified in the order.
The online store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the buyer if a system failure occurs, the product is not in stock, or if the order cannot be fulfilled by any other means.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
After payment and receipt of the goods, the order will be bundled and the order will be directly send to address or posted to the parcel terminal indicated by the customer. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery time frame. Shipping costs and delivery options will be provided during the checkout process.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 24h.
If the customer does not collect the parcel at the appointed time, and the parcel is returned to us, a processing fee of 15 euros will be charged. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and bears the expenses in case of providing incorrect information.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the products or services. You must notify the Seller of your decision to withdraw.
Return Process: To return products, follow the return instructions provided by the Seller. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Webshop, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of the Seller and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without the Seller's written consent.
