The delivery cost is specified in advance within the product or during the checkout process and includes tax. We also offer free delivery for orders totaling 40 euros or more.
Express delivery means delivery within 24-72 hours to your location, depending on the country and city. While we strive to meet these delivery times, we cannot guarantee them 100%. We do our best to ensure that transportation companies adhere to these timelines whenever possible. However, in rural areas, far from urban centers, on weekends, holidays, as well as in adverse weather conditions, we may not be able to guarantee delivery within 24-72 hours.
In some countries, we offer the option of delivering orders to a storage chamber (parcel locker). For instance, in certain countries, there's a possibility to choose a parcel locker (Omniva, Itella, Posti, Zabka, DHL, Relais Colis, Colis Prive, Bring, Bpost, PPL parcel, Magyar Posta) or other delivery options after selecting DHL Express or UPS during check out process and receiving an SMS from the DHL transportation company. This may also apply in other European countries if parcel lockers are available.

ANONYMITY
We use discreet packaging with no visible logos or markings indicating its contents.
You can place an order without registering. When ordering a courier delivery, you only need to provide your address and phone number. For parcel machine delivery, you should provide your phone number and the machine's address. Other information is not mandatory. However, if you choose to order without registration or providing an email, you won't receive an invoice. Therefore, we recommend using a pseudonym or a fictitious name that you can use as an order identifier in case of any issues.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and in case of incorrect information, any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Our goods are stored in smart warehouses, which meticulously monitor product quality and order accuracy, minimizing the likelihood of errors. Additionally, we employ specialized packaging techniques, utilizing uniquely sized boxes and incorporating internal safeguards such as an automatic air system and resilient anti-shock cork bubbles.
